This report study done by SchoolDude.com and e-School News looks at IT support in schools in the United States. While there may be good information in the study you have to use caution. The study comes from 956 respondents out of a total of 400,000 that were contacted. SchoolDude.com is also in the business of selling support for IT departments.
Tech Republic
Tech Republic is designed for IT professionals and the services include a blog, webcasts, videos, white papers and much more. The subscription is free and you can receive daily digest e-mails if you wish. As a principal, I find some of the information very interesting a relevant but most of it is too much tech info. The information is geared toward the business sector and the quality and variety is excellent. Definitely a resource that your school's IT support members should be using.

Common Craft Videos
Sachi and Lee Lefever create simple videos that explain technological tools in an easy to understand format. If it's something that is popular, you can bet that Common Craft has a video explaining it.

1 : 1 Initiative at Taipei American School
The technology staff at TAS has done an excellent job of documenting their 1:1 initiative for community members. These resources will be helpful to school leaders who are working on implementing 1:1.
